We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AvaNotes app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer the app, scrape the service, or build a competing product on our infrastructure.
AvaNotes Pro is sold as an auto-renewing in-app subscription through Apple. Current pricing is $14.99 / month or $39.99 / year, in your local currency as set by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
To cancel: open the iOS Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → AvaNotes → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies — go to reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
If a payment fails, Apple may retry on its own schedule. If renewal ultimately fails, your account drops to the Free tier — your notes are preserved but Pro features become inaccessible.
Ava's transcripts, summaries, Ava Heard cards, and Ask Ava answers are generated by AI and can contain errors. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always verify important details against the original recording before acting on them.
Ava Heard suggestions for Reminders, Calendar, or email drafts are proposals only — nothing is written to your Apple Reminders, Calendar, or Mail without your explicit tap. We are not responsible for incorrect items you accept without review.
We do our best to keep AvaNotes online but we do not guarantee uptime. Transcription, Ask Ava, and Studio Voice depend on third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Apple); if those services go down, those features go down too. Capture continues to work offline and uploads when you reconnect.
AvaNotes is provided "as-is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, PLAYRIOT LLC disclaims all warranties (express or implied) and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.
We may update these terms; material changes get 14 days' in-app notice to Pro subscribers. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate Section 6 or that have been inactive for more than two years.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to binding arbitration in California, except where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
